Service Description

Empowering information about labor & birth options/labor practice. This class is a fun and interactive class. The purpose is to empower you and your support person with information about what your body is going through and all the comfort options as well as labor practice. This class will give you and your support person confidence in decision making during labor for better birth outcomes. PB&B uses evidenced-based information as well as years of experience for a faster, more comfortable birth. I will also go over medical interventions such as inductions, epidurals and cesarean sections. This class meets each Tuesday from 6:30-9pm for 4 weeks.
